RMI is an Accredited Management Organization as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management and maintains professional memberships with the National Leased Housing Association and the Association of HUD Managing Agents.


All of the properties under RMI’s management are owned by partnerships in which RMI’s principals have direct financial interests, including, but not limited to, that of general partners. Therefore, RMI has developed an owner-oriented system of management coupled with a highly professional operations and development team.


Nearly all of RMI’s properties were acquired through a foreclosure sale process and were redeveloped and revitalized through a series of financial restructurings, building & site renovations and operational enhancements.
